Terms & Conditions (SMS / Text Messaging)
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sunny Smiles Dentistry (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not opt in.
1. Service Description
You consent to receive SMS / text message communications from us, which may include appointment reminders, promotions, updates, special offers, health tips, surveys, or general two-way messages.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. We will send no more than 4 messages per month, unless you request otherwise or unless more messages are necessary (e.g. for urgent appointment changes).
3. Message & Data Rates
Message & data rates may apply. These depend on your mobile carrier’s plan. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
4. Opt-In & Eligibility
By providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of that phone number. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent. You expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Sunny Smiles Dentistry.
5. Opt-Out / STOP / HELP
You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. For help or more information, reply “HELP” or contact us at (408) 842-1100. After you send “STOP”, we will send a final confirmation message, but no further marketing messages will be sent. We may still send non-promotional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) if required.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by your mobile carrier or network. We are not responsible for any charges or fees incurred by you due to message & data rates by your mobile provider.
7. Privacy
Your information (including your phone number and messaging preferences) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing practices described therein.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes on our website or via SMS. Continued use of the SMS service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
